David Leonard Taylor

Age 52 of New Boston, passed away Sunday, April 1, 2018 at SOMC Hospice in Portsmouth He was born in Portsmouth on May 6, 1965 to Robert and Evelyn (Grooms) Taylor and spent his professional life as a carpenter and roofer.

David is survived by his sons, Curt Slone of Waverly and Jared Slone of Piketon, daughter, Tierra Taylor of Piketon; brothers, James Taylor of Ashland, OH, Charles (Terry) Taylor of Lorraine, and Harvey (Jane) Taylor of Portsmouth; sisters, Angela (Rick) Mullins of Minford and Patty Taylor of Wakeman.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Bonnie Riddle, and brothers, Edward Taylor, Harold Taylor, and Robert Taylor.
