Cora Belle Johnson, 56, of Sciotoville passed away Saturday Nov. 15, 2014. She was born Jan. 21, 1958 a daughter of the late Frank and Mary Nichols Penix. Cora is survived by Sally Joan Bates who raised her; a daughter, Tawana Seibert and husband Paul of Sciotoville; a son, Jason Cochran of Sciotoville; two sisters, Debra Penix of Sciotoville and Gail Harris of Akron; a brother, William Penix of Sciotoville , 4 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. She was also preceded in death by 2 brothers, Keith Penix Sr. and Bobby Joe Penix. Services will be 12 noon Thursday Nov. 20, 2014 at D.W. SWICK FUNERAL HOME IN NEW BOSTON with Elder Richard Clark officiating. Interment will follow at Haverhill cemetery. Visitation will be 11 AM to 12 noon Thursday at the funeral home.
