Cora Crockett

Cora Bell Crockett, 75, of Eden Park, died Sunday, February 22, 2009 at Southern Ohio Medical Centers emergency room. She was born February 11, 1934 in Ironton, a daughter of the late Robert and Nora Conaway Hanners. She is survived by one son, David W. Crockett and wife Jackie of New Boston; two daughters, Pamela Hurt and husband Bill of Sciotoville and Laura Trapp of Eden Park; two brothers, Harold Hanners and wife Odie of Columbus and Carl Hanners and wife Laura of St. Petersburg, FL.; one sister, Inez Tindall and husband Jerry of Columbus; 8 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and a special nephew, Brian Wagner and wife Tracy of New Boston. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Woodrow Crockett; 5 brothers, Dave, George, Bobby, Wilber and John Hanners and a sister, Helen Zydallis. Services will be 11 AM Thursday, February 26, 2009 at D.W. Swick Funeral Home in New Boston with burial at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
