Connie Roberts, 75, of San Antonio, TX. formerly of Portsmouth died Thursday Jan. 29, 2015 in San Antonio. She was born Aug. 14, 1939 in West Portsmouth, a daughter of the late Blaine and Martha Stafford Monoskie. Connie is survived by a daughter, Teresa Roberts of Eagle Pass, TX. and a son Terry Wayne Locher of Fitchburg, Mass.; three sisters, Sharon Carver of Bethel, OH., Penny Brown of Wheelersburg and Mina Gottschaulk of Daytona, Fla. and grandchildren, Tiffany Shepherd, Andrea Buck, Clint Tolliver, Danielle Tolliver, Katherine Roberts, Kevin Roberts, Tonya Evans, Barbara Locher, Abbigail Locher and Vincent Locher and 21 great-grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Francis "Frank" Roberts' a daughter, Edna Mae Buck, a son, Kevin Roberts and a brother, Phil Monoskie and a great grandchild, David Roberts.
Services will be 11 AM Thursday Feb. 5, 2015 at D.W. SWICK FUNERAL HOME IN NEW BOSTON with Pastor Carl Rose officiating. Interment will follow at Scioto Burial Park.
