Clara Kahleen Lacy

Clara Kathleen Lacy, 24, of Portsmouth passed away Friday August 12, 2022. She was born August 30, 1997 in Portsmouth. She was a 2015 graduate of Northwest High School, enjoyed music, sports and spending time with her children. Clara is survived by her mother, Tami (Stevens) Blaine and Paul Blaine who raised her of Lucasville; a son, Emmett Fletcher, a daughter, Addalynn Fletcher both at home; three sisters, Tiffany Hawkins and husband Craig of Gaithersburg, MD, Alissa Lacy of Lexington, KY and Rebecca Blaine of Lucasville; grandparents, Dennis and Jane Stevens of Portsmouth. She was preceded in death by grandparents, Kenneth and Carol Blaine. Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Wednesday August 17, 2022 at D.W. SWICK FUNERAL HOME in New Boston with Pastor Dennis Dawes officiating. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be 11 AM to 1 PM Wednesday at the funeral home.
