Catherine Lewis

Catherine M. Lewis, 70, of Portsmouth died Saturday, February 27, 2010 at Southern Ohio Medical Center. She was born February 28, 1939 in Carter Co., KY. a daughter of the late John and Judy Sweeney Caskey. She is survived by two sons, Ricky A. Lewis of Berea, KY. and Anthony R. Lewis of Otway; one daughter, Teresa G. Roberts and husband Jon of Indiana; 4 grandchildren, Katie, Anthony, Shaina and Jacob and a special friend and companion, Robert Horton. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Leonard Caskey and two sisters, Loretta Stamper and Edna Osborne. Services will be 11 AM Wednesday, March 3, 2010 at D.W. Swick Funeral Home in New Boston with Pastor Jack Howard officiating. Burial will be at Memorial Burial Park. Visitation will be Tuesday 6 to 8 PM and Wednesday 10 to 11 AM at D.W.
