Age 59 of Portsmouth, passed away on August 11, 2015 at SOMC in Portsmouth She was born on July 26, 1956 in Modesto, CA to Frank and Carolyn (Thurlow) Shultz Carolyn was a big Star Trek fan, enjoyed crafts and bingo, and loved to go fishing and camping.
She is survived by four sons, Dusty Driskell of Portsmouth, Clinton Driskell (Melanie) of Portsmouth, Dameon Welsh of Ohio, Frank Shultz II (Melissa) of Lemoore, CA; one brother, Carlton Shultz of Portsmouth; one sister, Faith Neese (Chris) of Columbus; ten grandchildren; one great-granddaughter.
