Age 36 of New Boston, went home to be with Jesus unexpectedly on Sunday, June 19, 2016 at his home He was born March 23, 1980 in Portsmouth to Kathy Eldridge Todd and the late Bobby Salyers
Justin is survived by his mother, Kathy Todd of New Boston; daughter, Hayley Anne Todd of New Boston; life partner, Kristi Stiltner of New Boston; sisters, Mona Pollard and Marissa Reed; brother, Rick Stiltner; sister-in-law, Rachel Stiltner; close friends, Steve and Peaches Stiltner; many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his grandparents, Gladys and Henry Eldridge.
