Bobby Lee Owens, 80, of Portsmouth passed away Thursday, May 7, 2015. He is survived by his longtime companion, Ruth Ann Adkins of Portsmouth; 2 sons, Ron Jarvis of Mich. and Jesse Owens of Fla.; 2 daughters, Theressa Goble of W.VA. and Celia Wright of N.C He was preceded in death by his parents, Cecil and Lucille Cole Owens; a brother, Carl, 3 sisters, Janice, Nancy and Margie.
Graveside services will be 12:30 p.m Saturday, May 9, 2015 at Sunset Memorial Gardens with Pastor Kenneth Carver officiating. Visitation will be Sat. 11 a.m to 12 Noon at D.W. SWICK FUNERAL HOME IN NEW BOSTON. Condolences to www.dwswickfuneralhome.com.
