Betty L. Kincaid, age 75 of New Boston passed away Friday December 23, 2016 at King’s Daughters Medical Center. She was born November 22, 1941 in Huntington, WV, a daughter of the late Rosie Mae Sheline Wiley. Betty was an Avid Donor to St. Jude’s Children’s Research. She loved The Lord, listening to Gospel Music, and spending time with her children and grandchildren.
She is survived by two daughters, Sharon Counts of Ashland, KY and Tammy (Terry) Penix of Portsmouth; two sons, Donald (Michele) Brown of Tennessee and Carl Brown of Wheelersburg; and several grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by a sister, Maude Wiley.
Services will be 1:00 p.m. Tuesday December 27, 2016 at D.W. SWICK-NELSON FUNERAL HOME in New Boston with Pastors Tim Aldridge Sr. and Willard Blankenship officiating. Interment will follow at Pleasant Valley Cemetery in Olive Hill, KY. Visitation will be Tuesday 12 noon to 1 p.m. at the funeral home.
