Benny M. King, 68, of Lucasville passed away Friday July 23, 2021 at his residence. He was born October 29, 1952 in Portsmouth, a son of the late Frank and Ruby Mullins King. Benny was a retired Security Guard at USEC. He was a True American Patriot, was a history buff on American history, Civil War and he enjoyed guns. He is survived by his wife, Robbie Hanks King; a son, Robert Cramblet of Portsmouth; his beloved daughter, LeShae King of Lucasville, who he cared for very much; brother, Paul King of Georgia; grandchildren, Lilly Lewis, Ryzavier Lewis, Austin King, Reisig King and Kyzer Cramblet; many cousins including two who were like brothers to him, Roger King and Keith King and a devoted family member, Cheryl Bunch. He was also preceded in death by a son, Benny King; brothers, Guy, John and Bill King and an infant sister, Charlotte King. Services will be 1:00 PM Tuesday July 27, 2021 at D.W. SWICK FUNERAL HOME, Wolfe-Nelson Chapel in Sciotoville. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens with military graveside rites by James Dickey Post 23, American Legion.
