Anna Lou Toland-Blackburn, 78 of Rubyville passed away Friday December 11, 2020 at her residence. She was born June 6, 1942 in Gallia County a daughter of the late Frank and Mary (Butcher) Miller. She worked at Best Care in Wheelersburg for many years as a cook and in house keeping. She attended Rubyville Community Church where she loved going to church. She loved to sing and was a former member of the Miller Family Gospel Group. Anna is survived by a son, Franklin Toland and wife Christina of Rubyville; a daughter Kimberly Todd of Rubyville; a brother, Robert "Bob" Miller and wife Norma of South Webster; five grandchildren, Tara Haar, Eric Toland, Erin Marshall, Derrick Bradley and Todd Bradley; three great grandchildren, Laikyn Bradley, Layne Bradley and Gunner Toland. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Russell Toland, a son Paul Toland, a brother Glen Miller and his wife Ruby Miller, a sister Ellen Keller and her husband Rev. James Keller. The family would like to give a special thanks to SOMC Hospice for their loving care and support. Services will be 3:00 PM Tuesday December 15, 2020 at D.W. SWICK FUNERAL HOME in South Webster with Pastors Calvin Ray Evans and Brian Baer officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the funeral home.
