Alice Marie Horsley

Alice M. Horsley, 86, of New Boston, passed away Thursday, January 7, 2021 at Portsmouth Health and Rehab.  She was born in Wheelersburg December 29, 1934 to the late Leo Sr. and Marie (Eggers) Crabtree.  Alice enjoyed going to church and attended the Harrisonville Avenue Church of God for many years.

Alice is survived by a daughter, Renie Emshwiller and husband Tim of New Boston; sons, Robert Horsley and wife Nita of Lucasville, David Horsley and wife Jill of Westerville, Russ Horsley and wife Kim of New Boston; eight grandchildren, Christian Horsley, Mackenzie Horsley, Taylor Horsley, Allison Prosak and husband Doug, Eric Horsley and wife Maggie, Tyler Horsley, Courtney Horsley and Brett Horsley;  two great-grandchildren, Adelynn Armstrong and Landon Prosak; five sisters, Flo Sargent, Libby Metzler, Jinny Rickey and husband Larry, Betty Neff and Husband Larry, and Linda Shope.  She was also preceded in death by her husband William Horsley; sisters, Gracie Truman and Joann Floyd; brothers Leo Crabtree Jr. and William Crabtree.

Private graveside services will be held at 12:00 (noon) for the family on Tuesday January 12, 2021 at Memorial Burial Park in Wheelersburg with Ty Crabtree officiating.  Online condolences may be left at www.DWSwickFuneralHome.com.
