Agnes I. Blume

Agnes I. Blume 97, of Portsmouth died Monday September 17, 2012 at Southern Ohio Medical Center. She was born Feb. 12, 1915 in New Boston, a daughter of the late Charles and Gertrude Odel Kasee. She attended North Moreland Christian Baptist Church. Agnes is survived by a son, Ronald F. Blume and wife Marquita of Portsmouth; a daughter, Patricia Johnson of Franklin Furnace; 2 grandchildren, Christina Hamilton and Dustin Johnson, 5 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Raymond S. Blume. Services will be 12 noon Fri. Sept. 21, 2012 at D.W. SWICK FUNERAL HOME in New Boston with Pastor Paul Hagen officiating. Interment will be at Universal cemetery. Visitation will be Thurs. 6 to 8 PM and Fri. 11 to 12 at D.W. SWICK in New Boston. Condolences to dwswickfuneralhome.com.
